Day 15- Whatever tickles your fancy.
The Christmas Song.
To the magnificent Rivers Cuomo,
How do I even begin to express my gratitude for you and what you have created? You have brought amazing music to my life, connected me with fellow Weezer fanatics and you’ve made my day a countless amount of times. Please, do not stop what you’re doing anytime soon. And please, play more secret shows in San Francisco. You sir, are my hero.

I loved their “Baby One More Time” cover, so I’d like them to cover another cheesy ’90s pop song.
The band started out amazing, really utterly fantastic. As they progressed over the years, their sound has gone astray from their original, as all bands do. But I must say that they haven’t done any justice for what they used to be. “Pinkerton” was, and still is, gold; “Raditude” is but cheap Walgreens brand aluminum foil. All bands go through a dry spell, and that’s what’s happening with Weezer. On the other hand, I do feel that they are emerging from that dry spell and will pick up from where they left off with the “Green Album” and continue to create magnificent music.
I think it would be pretty freaking fantastic if Weezer toured with Blink-182. Mmmmmhm.
I think it’d be pretty rad if Weezer teamed up with Set Your Goals, Blink-182 or Dizzy Balloon in some fashion or another.
Wow. How Weezer has impacted my life? Hmmmm. Well, they’ve have definitely provided my life with amazing music. They have also made those impossible days easier to get through. Whenever I have some really shitty days and start thinking incredibly horrible thoughts, I just do a little Weezer binge and all is right in the world again. So I guess that’s how Rivers, Brian, Pat, and Scott have done for my life; they’ve made it better. (:

Day 8- Favorite Weezer lyric(s).
“Love is the Answer”
It just sounds gross. I don’t like it. I don’t like the melody; I don’t like the lyrics; I don’t like the rhythm; I don’t like everything about it.
I’m predicting that it’ll probably come out sometime in 2011-2012. It’s going to be fucking awesome because Weezer’s been having a bit of a dry spell since the Red Album. Hurley’s not all that great. Yeah, better than Raditude, but still not all that great.
Day 4 - A video of your favorite Weezer performance.
Things I’d like to point out:
Wow. I don’t even remember when I started listening to Weezer. It might have been when I was about 10-years-old, give or take a year or two, and I saw the video for “Hash Pipe” on MTV (back when they were still playing music videos). Or it could’ve been when I heard “Island in the Sun” on the radio. I liked their sound and looked more into them, eventually falling in love. Mhm.
(I guess this doesn’t include “Hurley,” being that it says seven.)

Day 1- Your all-time favorite Weezer song and why.
Burndt Jamb. It’s my all-time favorite Weezer song because it’s got a bit of a unique melody to it - not your usual Weezer song, ya know? Cuomo’s voice is nice in this; soft, calming, believable. The lyrics are pretty killer, too.
